Robert and Mickey have been fascinated with the question “what’s the difference, that makes difference” that sets apart the most successful entrepreneurs and leaders from the rest. In order to answer this question, they have studied and interviewed hundreds of next generation entrepreneurs and conscious leaders who had built sustainable ventures that were both purpose driven and profitable, examining the different levels of factors that led to their success.
Beneath every example of outward success, there was a clear set of qualities of mindset that produced those results. They discovered that different groupings of these qualities of mindset were more effective for reaching particular business results. This led them to the creation of what we call the Success MindsetMap™ – an inventory which can be taken by any entrepreneur or leader who wants to find out how their mindset compares to some of the most successful business leaders in the world.

Robert has a global reputation as a developer, author, coach, trainer and consultant in the fields of Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP) and Success Factor Modeling (SFM) and is co-founder of Dilts Strategy Group and of NLP University in Santa Cruz, California.
Robert has pioneered applications of the principles and techniques of NLP and SFM in both multinational organizations and start-up ventures. He has authored numerous books and articles about how they may be applied to enhance leadership, creativity, communication and team development.

Mickey is based in NYC and guide successful entrepreneurs and business leaders worldwide, empowering them to unlock their full potential. My co-invention, the Success MindsetMaps™ Inventory, offers a transformative path through uncertain terrains to reach peak aspirations. I am the co-founder of MindsetMaps International with Robert B. Dilts, a global institute dedicated to mindset mastery and research.
He hosts the MANTORSHIFT PODCAST and regularly publishes on Psychology Today and Forbes. He is the co-author of the book The Power of Mindset Change and the book Generative Consulting: Tools for creativity, consciousness and collective transformation.

Robbie Steinhouse built and ran highly successful businesses in recruitment, property and insurance starting in the 1980s. Today, he is one of Britain’s leading NLP trainers and coaches.
A published author of books on entrepreneurship and leadership and an ICF certified coach, his work ranges from delivering in-house leadership programs to coaching private clients across the world.
Robert Feuer has over 15 years of private equity experience, 11 with Warburg Pincus, a leading global growth equity investing business where he was a partner. Rob is most recently the co-founder and chairman of The Smilist Management, a business he launched in 2014, which is now one of the leading dental support organizations servicing the New York Metro area.
